| Unveiled in October of 2003, Gillespie Group embodies the true
meaning of company unanimity. Initially founded in 1994 with the
establishment of Gillespie Development, Gillespie Group is led
by Patrick K. Gillespie who holds a degree from Michigan State
University in "Building Construction Management." Patrick also
is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Michigan. In
2003, Patrick was the recipient of the Entrepreneurial Award for
Construction presented by the Greater Lansing Business Monthly.
As a specialist in the
Multi-Family industry, Gillespie boasts upwards of 1,300 luxury
rental homes, and in excess of 125,000 square feet of
Retail/Office space, with a continually growing portfolio
through future phasing of both current and prospective
developments.
It is with a strong
commitment and relentless perseverance that Gillespie strives to
satisfy the needs of its residents and commercial tenants. We

customers, but exceeding them.
In May 2001,
Builders Magazine named Gillespie Development one of the Top 50
