Springbrook Meadows Apartments is in need of a Part-Time Leasing Specialist. Applicant must be energetic, neat in appearance and have excellent customer service skills. Candidate will be responsible for leasing apartments, preparing required paperwork, retaining current residents, marketing and misc duties to assistant the Property Manager. Must have own transportation and willing to work 7 days a week when needed. Previous leasing and/or sales experience helpful. Some college preferred but not necessary. Pay will be hourly plus commission.
