Gillespie Group Takes Lansing Community on a Tour of the Grand River - Gillespie Group recently showcased the Grand River Waterfront downtown by providing boat tours to the downtown patrons and local officials. Pat Gillespie continues to find new ways to promote development in the Lansing area and with the recent boat tours Gillespie showcased the Lansing waterfront to the local community. Today, much of the waterfront borders are covered with trees and overgrowth, however, the new City Market development is the best example of how Lansing is opening the banks of the Grand River and promoting the waterfront. By opening the banks of the Grand, it will continue to promote more traffic to the waterfront area and future growth to the city. Gillespie Group is committed to promoting future development along the Lansing waterfront and downtown Lansing.
