Rachel Michaud
Vice President of Operations

Rachel S. Michaud is the Vice President of Operations for Gillespie Group. Joining the team at Gillespie in 1998, Rachel brings with her a vast amount of Real Estate Marketing and Management background. Prior to joining Gillespie Group, Rachel was the Director of Marketing for a commercial real estate group and the marketing agent for a large residential property management company.

Majoring in Human Resources, Rachel attended Western Michigan University where she initially began her career in the real estate industry. Upon completion of her education, Rachel pursued her interest in real estate to East Lansing, Michigan, where she currently resides with her family.

In addition to her position with Gillespie Group, Rachel is also a Partner and Vice President of Gillespie Property Management, Inc. Over the past several years her responsibilities have included oversight of all new for sale product by Gillespie Group as well as the day to day business operations for the company. Under Rachel’s supervision includes all Sr. Regional and Regional managers assigned to communities proudly developed and managed by Gillespie Group.
