Renee Webster is the Senior Regional Manager - West Michigan and oversees the management of five new developments totaling over 800 residential units and 80,000 square feet of commercial space.

Prior to joining Gillespie Group, Renee was first National Director of Training for Gables Residential Trust and was on the corporate launch team, as the company became publicly traded as REIT in 1994. With property management tenure of 16 years, Renee’s areas of expertise include training, marketing, property operations and strategic planning. She has worked in major real estate markets including Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, and Texas.

Locally, she is a member of the West Michigan Association of Realtors and the Property Management Association of West Michigan. Additionally, she serves on the Recreational Board for the City of North Muskegon and is a co-chairperson of the Northside Art Fair. She is also the Superintendent of the Education Program at Community Methodist Church in North Muskegon.

Renee and her family reside in Muskegon, Michigan.

• Advisory training and product development for National Apartment Association and property management industry leaders
• Recreation Board for North Muskegon
• Education Superintendent for CUMC
• Former Advisory Board member of Va. Tech Residential Property Management Degree program
• Bachelor of Science Degree, Merchandising/Business - Radford
